After ordering items from Topsportuk.com you will receive confirmation by e-mail of details about the order. Your order is an offer to us from you, which we accept when we dispatch the item and send you a confirmation of dispatch by e-mail.

Any request will be subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. We can refuse any such request made by you.

Variation of goods

Topsportuk.com have the right to use their discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary any part of this policy at any time. Continued use of Topsportuk.com following the posting of any such changes to these terms mean you will accept those changes.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws in England & Wales, in the event of any dispute with these terms and conditions, that dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Returns policy

You can return any item back to us within 30 days of receipt, providing the item is in the original condition as we sent it. Refunds and exchanges will only be granted within this time scale.

Please enclose a copy of the invoice and a letter explaining the reason for return and whether an exchange or refund is needed. If you do not supply all the information the refund or replacement of the item may not be completed.

Topsportuk.com recommend the items to be sent back by using recorded delivery, meaning you can claim for your parcel lost in the post. Topsport will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Postage costs will only be refunded if an incorrect item was sent by topsportuk.com (our mistake). We will not refund any postage if we sent what you ordered. if you believe that you have been sent an incorrect item and wish to be credited for the postage, please include a recipient for the postage, failure to do so may result in being unable to credit the cost.

Faulty items will be inspected, if deemed to be faulty as a manufacturing fault, Topsportuk.com will credit you for the item. Due to the nature of sport, faulty items will only be considered for inspection within 6 months of purchase.

The returns policy does not afffect your statutory rights.
